Art Orlean, born in 1915, was the son of Eastern European immigrants who arrived in the United States in pursuit of the American Dream. He embraced this vision with a strong commitment to hard work, ambition, and resilience, which became the foundation of his personal and professional journey. Through dedication and perseverance, Art exemplified the values of determination and a steadfast work ethic, which were integral to his success.
Born Arthur Emmanuel Orlinsky, later known simply as Art Orlean, was the son of Eastern European immigrants who came to the United States in pursuit of the American Dream. Born in 1915, Art embraced that dream wholeheartedly, building a life rooted in hard work, ambition, and resilience.
The Orlean Construction team is well versed in all aspects of General Contracting and Construction Management. Having served as an owner/developer on over 40 projects, The Orlean Construction team understands what it is like to be sitting in the seat of an owner when unwanted surprises come up during construction.
We are a solution-based company that will help ownership make quick effective decisions that will solve problems in the swiftest and most affordable way possible. The Orlean Construction team is capable of serving in the capacity of General Contractor, Construction Manager, and Owner’s Representative.
The Orlean Construction team is currently overseeing the construction of high-end custom duplex homes, restaurant and retail out lots, and multifamily garden-style apartment units. Orlean Construction has also built multifamily condominiums and single-family homes among many other residential and retail-based projects.
